The Gulf Association for Metrology (GULFMET) is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Ismail Al-Faleh as its new President for the term spanning from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. This strategic decision aligns with GULFMET’s mission to strengthen metrology practices across the Gulf region.

Dr. Al-Faleh is a prominent figure in the field, recognized for his extensive expertise and commitment to advancing metrology standards. His leadership is expected to drive continued growth and innovation within the organization and enhance collaboration among member states.

The GULFMET also takes this opportunity to extend heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing president, Eng. Amina Al-Bastaki. Under her leadership, GULFMET achieved significant milestones, enhancing its visibility and impact in metrology. The Board and members are deeply grateful for her dedication and the achievements made during her term.
